Frequently asked questions for sellers
Welcome to rStock for sellers. rStock is a marketplace where independent stores sell accounts, access and similar digital items. These answers cover applying for a store, listing products, orders, commission, withdrawals and disputes.
General Questions
What is rStock for sellers?
rStock is a marketplace for digital goods. Once the platform approves your store, you can list products, upload the real stock that is delivered to buyers, follow your orders and earnings and request withdrawals. rStock is the platform; independent stores are the sellers.
What tools do sellers get?
Sellers get a store dashboard for products and stock, orders and deliveries, statistics, disputes and withdrawal requests. The balance page shows pending earnings, amounts in dispute, the available and withdrawable balance and the insurance balance separately, and the Rank page shows your commission. The public store profile shows your sales count, rating and insurance balance.
Is it safe to sell on rStock?
A buyer's payment is held after delivery instead of going to the store at once. It is settled to the store when the dispute window passes without a dispute, or according to the outcome of a dispute. Every dispute follows the same steps: the store answers first, and either side can call a moderator. Read the Rules and the Offer agreement before you sell.
Getting Started
How do I become a seller?
To become a seller, you need to apply for a store. Your email address must be verified first. Go to the store section, click "Apply to Become a Store" and fill out the application form with your store name and description. An application fee is charged from your rStock balance when you submit; if the application is rejected, the fee is refunded to your balance. You will be notified of the decision.
How long does store approval take?
rStock does not promise a fixed review time. The platform team reviews each application and you will receive a notification when it has been approved or rejected. While it is pending you can update your application details. If it is approved, you can set up your store; products are reviewed separately before they appear in the public catalog.
What information do I need to provide?
You'll need to provide a store name and description. Once approved, you can add more details to your store profile in the Shop Settings section, such as a logo, a cover image and your Telegram or Discord details.
Can I have multiple stores?
No. A user can have only one active store or unresolved store application at a time.
Store Management
How do I add products to my store?
You can add products through the "My Items" section in your store dashboard. Click "Add Product" and fill in the product details including title, description, price, category and image. Stock is uploaded separately with the stock upload action, where each filled line is one deliverable unit, and a new product is reviewed before it appears in the public catalog.
Can I edit or delete products?
Yes. Price and quantity-discount changes apply straight away to new purchases. If you change a product's name, description, category or image, the product goes back to review until it is approved again. A product with sales history is not deleted; you can make it passive to stop new sales. Changes never alter past orders.
How do I manage my store settings?
Store settings can be managed in the "Shop Settings" section. Here you can update your store name, description, logo, cover image and Telegram or Discord details. Keeping this information accurate helps buyers understand your store.
What categories can I sell in?
The catalog is organized into categories managed by the platform. You choose the category that fits each product when you create it, so pick the most appropriate one; changing a product's category later sends it back to review.
Orders & Fulfillment
How do I fulfill orders?
Orders appear in the "Orders" section of your store dashboard. Delivery comes from the stock you have uploaded: when a buyer pays, the required units are reserved from your stock and delivered to the order automatically, so keep your uploaded stock accurate. The order page shows the delivery status.
What happens if I can't fulfill an order?
If a delivery cannot be completed safely, the order does not complete: stock that was not delivered is released and the buyer's payment returns to the buyer's balance. The order is marked as failed, or sent to manual review when the outcome is uncertain. Keep your uploaded stock accurate and available.
How do I handle disputes?
Disputes are managed in the "Disputes" section of your store dashboard. When a buyer opens a dispute, the store answers first, with evidence and its side of the case. Each side has a limited time to reply on its turn, and a missed reply can decide the dispute for the other side. If you cannot agree, either side can call a moderator. Messages between you and the buyer exist only inside the dispute, and the disputed amount stays held until an outcome is applied.
Can I view order statistics?
Yes, you can view detailed statistics including sales, orders, revenue, and performance metrics in the "Statistics" section of your store dashboard. These analytics help you understand your business performance and make informed decisions.
Payments & Withdrawals
How do I get paid?
A sale's payment is held after delivery. When the dispute window passes without a dispute, or a dispute outcome is applied, your share is settled to your store balance. The "Balance" section shows pending earnings, amounts in dispute, the available and withdrawable balance and the insurance balance separately. Only the withdrawable balance can be requested through the "Withdrawal Requests" section.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Open the "Withdrawal Requests" section, enter the amount and the wallet address the form asks for. The amount is set aside from your withdrawable balance straight away. Withdrawals are made in cryptocurrency, the form shows the minimum amount, and the platform reviews each request and sends it manually; rStock does not publish a payout schedule.
What are the commission rates?
The platform takes a commission from each sale, and the same rules apply to every store. Your insurance-balance level and your premium level can each reduce it. The Rank page in your store dashboard shows your current effective rate, and the commission that applied when an order was placed stays fixed for that order.
When do my earnings become available?
After delivery, the payment is held for the dispute window. If no dispute is opened, your share is settled and moves from pending earnings to your available balance. If a dispute is opened, the amount stays held until its outcome is applied. Withdrawal requests are a separate step, and rStock does not publish a payout schedule.
What is insurance balance?
Insurance balance is money your store keeps with the platform, separate from your sales earnings. It is shown on your public store profile as a trust signal, and its level can reduce the platform commission on later orders. You can top it up from your store balance. It is not part of your withdrawable balance, and refunds are not deducted from it.
Store Rating & Reviews
How does the store rating system work?
Your store rating is built from the ratings buyers leave in their reviews after delivery. Reviews and the rating appear on your public store profile, and a review of a refunded order stays visible with a "Fully refunded" or "Partially refunded" label and still counts. You can view them in the "Reviews" section.
Can I respond to reviews?
There is no reply feature: reviews are written by buyers and shown on your public store profile as they are. Only an administrator can hide a review that breaks the content rules. Problems with a specific order are resolved through the dispute process.
How can I improve my store rating?
Ratings come from buyer reviews, so describe each product accurately, keep your uploaded stock correct so that deliveries match the listing, and answer disputes on your turn.
Support & Resources
How can I get seller support?
You can send a request from the Support requests section of your account, or read the Help with the platform page. A support request does not change an order, a payment or a dispute deadline.
